Environmental and Energy Policy

RealTruck Denmark A/S is committed to operating responsibly and sustainably by continuously reducing our environmental impact, improving our energy performance and integrating environmental and energy considerations into our decisions, processes, products and daily operations. 

We recognise our responsibility to protect the environment, use energy and natural resources efficiently and support sustainable development. Our Environmental and Energy Policy provides the framework for our environmental and energy management systems and our commitment to continuous improvement. 

The policy applies across our activities, processes, products, services and operations at RealTruck Denmark, including imported products from our sister sites. 

With this policy, RealTruck Denmark commits to: 

  • comply with applicable environmental, energy and other relevant legislation, customer requirements and other binding obligations  
  • prevent pollution and minimise negative environmental impacts  
  • reduce waste and promote reuse and recycling  
  • limit emissions to air, soil and water  
  • protect biodiversity and natural resources  
  • systematically improve our energy performance by reducing energy consumption and energy waste, promoting energy-efficient solutions and increasing the use of renewable energy where technically and economically feasible  
  • integrate environmental and energy considerations into purchasing and design, and apply lifecycle thinking where relevant  
  • work with suppliers to reduce environmental and energy impacts across the value chain  
  • ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and competence and encourage their participation in continuous improvement  
  • set objectives and action plans, monitor our performance and continuously improve our environmental and energy management systems.
